Road Entry: 1.1.1

So a recent turn of events has led us to the inevitable conclusion that we should be documenting our road journey for the sheer entertainmen. My disclaimer right off the bat is that i don't have time to proof read any of these blog entries, so please forgive any blatant spelling/grammar errors.

So the real adventure started when we were planning on playing a show in Golden BC, followed immediately by a show in Saskatoon SK. No small feat by itself, involving a mandatory night drive to even have a chance of making the gig. So I (Tom Heuckendorff) volenteered to prepare myself for the drive by switching over to sleeping in the day and being awake all night.

So we left Golden BC at 3:00 in our 1981 ford econoline 100 van towing a $1500 trailer (which anyone will say is CHEAP for a trailer), and headed up the treacherous, construction filled, 1000 vertical meter climb to leave Golden.
